Information we collect

When you submit the "Get a Cash Offer" form, we collect the information you provide:

Who we share it with

We share limited data only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Google (Sheets) — stores lead submissions for our internal CRM.
• Meta — receives hashed event data via the Conversions API so we can attribute ad performance. Meta does not receive your phone number or email in plaintext.
• Vercel — hosts the website; standard request logs apply.

Your choices

• You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us (see contact below). We will remove it from our CRM within 30 days unless a transaction is already in progress.
• You can opt out of further calls or texts by telling the person who calls, or by replying STOP to a text.
• Most browsers let you block or clear cookies; note that this may affect how the site functions.

Data retention

We keep lead information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if required by law (for example, for closed real estate transactions).

SMS messaging

We may send text messages (SMS) to individuals who initiate contact with us by submitting our online form or by calling our published business phone numbers. SMS messages are transactional in nature — typically a follow-up when we miss your call, confirmation of an appointment, or a reply to a conversation you start with us.

• Message frequency varies. Typical volume is 1 to 5 messages per inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.
• Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children

The site is intended for adult property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
